1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Single Founder Company ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Single Founder Company provides AI agent configuration packages for solo founders and one-person companies. Our subscription gives you access to 11 AI department configurations containing 110+ specialist agent configurations that run locally on your machine via OpenClaw (a free, separate installation). You must provide your own AI subscription (e.g. Claude, Codex, or a supported model) to power the agents. We provide the agent configurations and management platform — we do not provide AI compute.
3. Purchase and Payment
Our services are available via monthly subscription processed through Stripe. You will be billed monthly for the agents and departments in your subscription. You may cancel at any time. All payments are non-refundable; however, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
4. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our agent configurations for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the configurations to third parties. The licence is for a single business entity operated by you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with or uses third-party tools including Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics and Plausible (analytics), Google Ads and Twitter/X Ads (advertising), Hotjar (session recording), HubSpot (CRM), and Endorsely (affiliate tracking). Your use of our website is subject to your interactions with these services. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.
7. Affiliate Programme
We operate an affiliate programme via Endorsely. Affiliates who refer customers earn a recurring commission on subscription payments. Participation as an affiliate is subject to Endorsely's platform terms and our affiliate programme terms communicated via Endorsely.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Service — including agent configuration files, documentation, and website content — are owned by Single Founder Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any specific business results will be achieved from using our AI departments, or that third-party AI models used with our configurations will produce any particular output.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Single Founder Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Service, including any losses arising from AI-generated content or decisions made based on agent outputs.
11. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
