Getting Started
Welcome to Single Founder Company — the orchestration and management platform for solo founders.
Welcome to Single Founder Company — 11 AI departments, 95+ specialist agents, all running on your own machine and managed through your dedicated dashboard.
This guide covers everything from the moment you subscribe to the moment your first agent completes a task.
Prerequisites
Before your agents can go live, you need:
- A machine to run agents — your personal computer, a dedicated server, or a virtual machine. Agents execute locally in your environment.
- OpenClaw — the local execution layer that runs your agents. OpenClaw is free to install.
- An AI subscription — connect Claude (Anthropic), Codex (OpenAI), or another supported model as the intelligence behind your agents. You bring your own subscription.
Single Founder Company provides the agent configurations, orchestration layer, and management platform. You provide the machine and the AI.
What You Get
Depending on your plan, you have access to:
- Pre-configured agent templates — The specific department agents you purchased (Engineering, Design, Marketing, etc.), ready to deploy
- All Access Bundle — All 11 AI departments + 95+ specialist agent configurations
- Management dashboard — Your control center at
your-name.singlefoundercompany.com— Kanban boards, live activity feed, agent monitoring - Monthly subscription — Cancel any time, all future agent updates included
How It Works
Single Founder Company is an orchestration and management platform. Your agents run locally on your machine via OpenClaw (free) and connect to your management dashboard. From the dashboard you assign tasks, monitor live activity, and review agent output — without touching the terminal again after setup.
Getting Started (4 Steps)
1. Subscribe and check your email
After checkout you'll receive a confirmation email containing your management dashboard URL and your personalized setup command.
2. Install OpenClaw
Install OpenClaw (free) on the machine where your agents will run — your computer, a server, or a VM:
your-name.singlefoundercompany.com/setup
OpenClaw is the local execution layer. It runs your agents and keeps them connected to your management dashboard.
3. Connect your AI subscription
Inside OpenClaw, connect your AI subscription. Supported models include Claude (Anthropic), Codex (OpenAI), and other compatible runtimes. Add your API key once — all your agents use it.
4. Run the setup command and go live
Run the personalized setup command from your confirmation email. It:
- Configures your purchased agent templates on your machine
- Starts your agents locally via OpenClaw
- Connects them to your management dashboard at
your-name.singlefoundercompany.com
Your agents are live. Navigate to your dashboard to assign your first task.
Your Management Dashboard
Your dashboard at your-name.singlefoundercompany.com gives you full visibility into your AI workforce:
- Kanban task board — Assign tasks, track progress, review deliverables
- Live activity feed — Real-time updates of what each agent is doing
- Agent status — See which agents are active, idle, or working
- Communication logs — Observe agent-to-agent coordination and outputs
- Deliverable review — Submit, review, and approve agent output
